Thor DVB-S/S2 Encoder & Modulator is an integrated HD Video Encoder with the sattelitte S2 modulator. Hot- swapable modules with diferent video inputs  (CVBS/SDI/HDMI/YPbPr…) are available. It has also 1 channel ASI input for external  TS (MPEG2 or H.264) multiplexing  . It outputs ASI and DVB-S/S2 RF (IF Optional) simultaneously. The signal source could be SDI camera, HDMI Blue-ray players and etc. It has web-based NMS GUI interface for easy online management. Featuring its high performance and low cost, the S2 is especially used by TV stations or DSNG systems to encode SD/HD programs and output to uplink.
